Job summary

Cardok SA seeks a driven sales professional to own and grow a territory across German-speaking Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, with home-based setup and up to 60% travel. You will engage architects, developers, and high-net-worth clients, driving six-figure deals with discretion and sophistication.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while collaborating with our engineering team and management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing six-figure deals with long sales cycles.
• Experience selling through architects, developers, and directly to private clients requiring discretion.
• Background in premium building technology, luxury real estate, lifts/elevators, or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Take over a live pipeline of around 30 projects and drive them to close.
• Build a network with architects, developers, real estate agents, and high-end car/wealthy client ecosystems.
• Engage in outbound outreach, including phone calls and field activity.
• Lead each deal from initial contact to signature with support from the tech team.
• Recruit and train partners in Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe; earn commissions on their sales.
• Draft and own a territory plan and review quarterly with the Sales & Marketing Director.
