Job summary
OpenSpace seeks a Solutions Consultant for Germany, Austria and Switzerland to partner with Account Executives and win deals by proving business value. You will run pilots, manage the full lifecycle from first demo to renewal, and drive adoption across customer projects in the DACH region.
You’ll travel to customer sites across the region, own the technical win, and articulate ROI with data and case studies. Fluency in German and English is required for this remote, international role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role within construction tech or AEC software.
- Proven pre-sales, solutions consulting or customer success track record.
- Native German and business-fluent English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel regularly across DACH.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical win with the AE from discovery to signed contract.
- Scope and close pilots and proofs of value with clear success criteria.
- Identify expansion opportunities and build pipeline with the AE.
- Lead ROI conversations at renewals using usage data and outcomes.
- Onboard new customers with project setup and admin training.
- Drive adoption post go-live via reviews and value demonstrations.
- Address technical, security and GDPR questions; support tenders and RFPs.
- Provide feedback to Product and develop German enablement material.
