Who is Hiring is seeking a Customer Service Specialist -- Technical & ONP in Biel. You will handle technical mobile support enquiries, porting of numbers (MNP/FNP), and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Basic training with EFZ qualification or comparable technical education.
• Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form with good English skills; French and/or Italian are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries and tickets requiring in-depth technical analysis.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to calls, SMS, mobile data, roaming, voicemail, SIM/eSIM, and other mobile services.
• Check in technical tools and internal systems for accurate case handling.
• Manage porting enquiries for mobile and fixed networks (MNP/FNP).
• Analyze and resolve rejected, blocked, or faulty portings and ensure activations and transfers.
