You will deliver personal, first-level support for mobile, Internet, and fixed network; handle inquiries from fleet managers and partners; advise on invoices, contracts and technical issues like SIP trunk and SD-WAN. Fluency in German and French required.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or customer service, preferably B2B telecom.
• Knowledge of modern communication technologies (e.g. SIP trunk, vPBX, SD-WAN).
• Strong teamwork and proactive information-seeking abilities.

• Manage an existing portfolio of business customers across Switzerland.
• Provide first-level support for mobile, Internet, and fixed network.
