You will also contribute to the development of the recruitment team through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to expand their leadership responsibilities and make a meaningful impact on talent acquisition strategy.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and hiring coordination.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and workflows, ensuring effective processes, timely delivery, and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruitment performance against established KPIs, ensuring hiring activities and deliverables meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify performance trends, and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and operational practices.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of recruitment standards, ensuring alignment with modern hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners, particularly within the FinTech industry.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Mentor, coach, and support recruitment team members, helping strengthen their professional capabilities, improve performance, and achieve shared objectives.
  • Coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and hiring needs are addressed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and successfully hiring high-quality candidates for non-technical functions, such as Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other business support departments.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of recruitment activities, execute effectively, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach to building productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proactive and self-driven mindset, combined with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility for recruitment outcomes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on evaluating recruitment performance and continuously improving processes.
  • Good English communication skills, at Intermediate level (B1/B2) or higher.
Nice to have:
