Qualifikationen

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• About 6 years' experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Workday) and administrative coordination is an advantage.
• Customer-centric approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines autonomously.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate graduates and early-career events, logistics, and communications.
• Screen and schedule interviews for interns and graduates, acting as main candidate contact.
• Maintain Workday data, create templates, and manage learning content in Articulate360.
• Support Talent Management processes, reporting, and candidate insights.
• Assist in performance management testing and job architecture coordination.
