Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience or closely supporting HR operations and people processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in talent management, learning & development, performance management, or employee engagement.
• Experience coordinating projects or complex admin processes from planning to execution.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, digital learning platforms, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and external service providers.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of talent development initiatives and leadership programs.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on talent management questions.
• Support administration and monitoring of employee engagement surveys and feedback.
• Maintain and enhance HR intranet content to raise awareness of development programs.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark external talent management practices.
• Contribute to design and communication of learning, leadership, mobility, and career initiatives.
• Oversee training budget, track expenditures, and prepare reports on financial commitments.
• Coordinate external providers (trainers, coaches) and manage procurement and payments.
• Assist with vendor contracts, performance reviews, and supplier relationships.
• Provide operational and project support to the Talent Manager across HR cycles.
