Richemont invites applications for a 6-month HR internship in Switzerland (Geneva/Bellevue). You will support end-to-end intern recruitment across sites, collaborating with hiring managers and using MS Office tools to analyze data.

You will coordinate career fairs and early talent initiatives, design candidate experiences, and help shape the Group’s Early Career strategy. Fluent French and English required.

Qualifikationen

• Final year student in HR, Business Administration or related.
• Internship agreement with school/university.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in HR/recruitment or project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of ATS Workday is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Available for a 6-month internship.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of interns across Switzerland, covering all functions.
• Partner with hiring managers from role briefing to offers and hiring.
• Identify sourcing channels based on needs, location, and volume.
• Define selection criteria tailored to each area of recruitment.
• Analyze hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and represent the Group at career fairs and employer branding events.
• Design and enhance candidate experience for early talent before, during, and after internships.
• Contribute to the Group’s Early Career strategy and initiatives.
