Job summary

Novartis AG in Switzerland seeks a seasoned Recruitment Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. You will ensure high-quality candidate experiences, act as a trusted Talent Advisor to the P&O community, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain strong talent pipelines.

The role involves coaching, project workstreams, process improvement, and data reporting, with emphasis on compliant recruitment processes and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Proven experience in recruitment with high expertise in Brazil local market and regional scope.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience in generating exceptional candidate experiences.
• Desirable: Experience in Pharma Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery for assigned roles within SLAs, including CV review and interview scheduling.
• Act as primary contact for candidates and provide timely feedback.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Ensure data validity, process compliance and accurate record management in Workday.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and onboarding support to colleagues.
