Job summary

EH Group in Switzerland (Nyon) seeks a hands-on Recruiting & HR Operations Manager to own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and build efficient talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

In addition to recruiting, you will support onboarding, lifecycle administration, and day-to-day HR operations for the Swiss team, reporting to the Fractional HR leader in the US, and helping scale people practices across locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, TA, or HR operations.
• Experience in tech, energy, or engineering sectors a plus.
• Knowledge of Swiss employment practices.
• Fluency in English; French preferred for local support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience onboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to offers and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interview processes with timely communication and structured evaluations.
• Manage offers and employment contracts with HR and leadership.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records.
