Jobgether is partnering with a FinTech leader to recruit a Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech) based in Switzerland. You will shape and lead a recruitment team, oversee non-technical hiring, and deliver high-quality end-to-end processes.

You will mentor recruiters, monitor KPIs, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with hiring managers and external partners to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven sourcing and hiring for non-technical functions (Legal, Finance, Accounting, business support).
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and hiring best practices.
• Ability to own recruitment activities, execute effectively, and deliver results.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication at Intermediate level (B1/B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the recruitment function across non-technical departments.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, hiring coordination.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and workflows for timely delivery and positive experiences.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and improve hiring outcomes with data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to optimize talent acquisition strategies and operational practices.
• Mentor, coach, and develop recruitment team members.
• Coordinate multiple recruitment projects and ensure alignment with priorities.
