Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Switzerland. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts, and deliver strategic sourcing and candidate management.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, market insight, and willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland to client sites. Fluent English is essential, additional German or French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have proven experience as Senior Recruiter or similar.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations in Switzerland.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple client accounts and locations throughout Switzerland.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and market insights.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Travel regularly to client sites across Switzerland to support hiring initiatives and stakeholder meetings.
