Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally permanent recruitment.
• Experience in Life Sciences or related industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to source and place talent and manage client relationships.

• Source, identify, and place Life Sciences professionals across Switzerland with a focus on permanent recruitment.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing and sourcing to interviews, offers, and placements.
• Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Drive sales opportunities and expand the client base in Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong network by attending industry events and developing long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to share ideas and support the team.
