Qualifications

3–4 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally permanent recruitment.
Experience in Life Sciences or related industries is a plus.
Fluent English; German or French an advantage.

Responsibilities

Find exceptional talent: source, identify, and place high-quality professionals within Life Sciences across Switzerland, with a focus on permanent hiring.
Own the game: manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to offers and placements.
Engage with clients: build relationships and tailor recruitment solutions.
Drive sales: identify new opportunities and expand the client base in pharma, biotech, and medical devices.
Build your network: attend industry events and develop long-term candidate and client relationships.
Be part of the crew: collaborate with colleagues and leadership, share ideas and support the team.
