Dentsu is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a meaningful temporary assignment in Zürich. You will support end-to-end payroll operations for a multinational matrix organization, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Join a hands-on HR team to develop Swiss payroll expertise, handle data validation, accruals, and audits while collaborating with Finance and external providers. English fluency is required; German/French a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations (AHV, pensions, cantons).
• Experience with payroll systems (Dynamics 365 a plus).
• Experience with HRIS (WorkDay a plus) and Excel data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Manage payroll execution with external provider and People Services team.
• Support month-end activities including accruals and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Finance on cost allocation and tax/social contributions.
• Handle statutory declarations and assist audits with Swiss authorities.
• Process HR-related invoices and liaise with social insurance providers.
• Respond to escalated questions on salary calculations.
