Zusammenfassung

DKSH is seeking a Manager Payroll based in Zürich to lead end-to-end payroll across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Poland. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and process excellence while driving standardization and automation in a multi-market environment.

You will partner with HR and Finance, oversee Board compensation and LTIP topics, and manage outsourced vendors. Fluency in German and English is required, French is a plus, with a hybrid work setup and a February 2027 start.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of multi-country payroll experience, with external vendor management.
• Swiss social security expertise and knowledge of tax/compliance.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Analytical, detail oriented and capable of navigating complex payroll environments.
• Strong leadership and decision-making in unfamiliar territory.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end payroll across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Poland with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and labor regulations across markets and implement updates.
• Oversee Board compensation and LTIP topics with Global Compensation & Benefits teams.
• Manage vendor performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in payroll processes.
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance.
• Support operational and administrative payroll activities as needed.
