Aufgaben

• Independently execute monthly payroll for 1,000+ Swiss employees.
• Maintain payroll data in Workday, SAP, and connected HR systems.
• Validate time and attendance data for monthly payroll cycles.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll controls and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, social security and tax laws.
• Coordinate entries/exits with social insurance and pension funds.
• Support payroll accounting and collaborate with Finance.
• Assist with year-end payroll tasks and declarations.
• Handle HR inquiries and generate regular payroll/HR reports.
