Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of AHV, social insurances, pension, canton requirements.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and WorkDay.
• Excel for data analysis.
• Fluent in English; German/French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage core payroll execution with our external provider and internal People Services team, including validation of data changes and final payment processing.
• Support payroll month-end activities including accruals, forecasting, and presentation to leadership for approval.
• Coordinate with Finance on cost allocation, reconciliation of taxes and social contributions (AVS, pension), and budget reporting.
• Handle statutory declarations and support audit activities with Swiss authorities (FER CIAM, canton-level requirements).
• Process HR-related invoices and follow up with social insurance providers.
• Support escalated questions on salary calculations and administrative payroll matters with internal stakeholders.
