Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (Supply Chain Business Process Architect) based in Switzerland.

You will act as a strategic advisor for enterprise customers, hybridizing supply chain expertise, business process architecture, and technical presales to design transformative solutions. Work with sales, product, value engineering, and services to demonstrate measurable value of modern AI-enabled supply chain operations, guiding discovery, future-state models, and executive-level

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a client-facing role combining technical presales and strategic consulting.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, life sciences, healthcare, or supply chain environments.
• Strong ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes: planning, execution, orchestration.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation for executives and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting architectures and enterprise tech environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to ~35%).

Aufgaben

• Partner with sales leadership to guide customers through supply chain transformation as a trusted advisor.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to understand use cases, requirements, and current-state architectures.
• Translate challenges into future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Position AI-enabled supply chain solutions in terms of concrete outcomes (operational/financial).
• Collaborate with value engineering to develop compelling business cases.
• Serve as SME on supply chain business process solutions across planning, execution, and orchestration.
• Ensure technical accuracy throughout the sales cycle and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
