Enterprise Bot in Zurich is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the team as the technical backbone of sales and customer engagements. You will design, present, and deliver impactful automation solutions in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic customer engagement, requiring 5+ years in relevant roles, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM/ERP and cloud platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments (conversational AI, RPA, or cloud automation is a strong plus).
• Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in French and Spanish is an advantage.
