Zusammenfassung

Artefact, a next-generation strategy and data consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant for Zurich/Lausanne. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and data/AI delivery, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive impactful programmes.

You will lead design and governance of AI initiatives, break down complex problems, and translate business questions into actionable data platforms. Strong communication with C-level stakeholders is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Business/Economics.
• 3–5 years in consulting or technical/data roles with client exposure.
• Fluency in German/French and English; eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Strong business acumen and AI fluency with generative AI, LLMs, retrieval, predictive ML.
• Ability to defend assumptions and communicate clearly.

Aufgaben

• Develop strategy and governance for data/AI initiatives.
• Work with client leadership to define high-impact programmes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end engagements from framing to roadmaps.
