Zusammenfassung

Celonis is seeking an experienced senior sales professional to lead strategic growth within the Manufacturing sector in Switzerland. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, drive land-and-expand opportunities, and engage with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled use cases.

Expect collaboration across partners and a multi-disciplinary team to close seven-figure deals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SaaS sales or AI/management consulting.
• Proven track record with large enterprise accounts and full account ownership.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing value chain KPIs.
• Fluency in German and English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead complex sales cycles.
• Grit, hands-on mindset, and strong discovery and sales process leadership.

Aufgaben

• Land-and-expand within existing customers.
• Engage cross line-of-business at C-level and below.
• Drive AI-enabled sales motions across the enterprise value chain.
• Close seven-figure deals within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to execute end-to-end sales cycles.
• Coordinate virtual teams across BD, marketing, sales engineering, and customer success.
