Capgemini Invent in Switzerland seeks a Strategy and Transformation Consultant to translate AI, data, and transformation ambition into business value through hands-on solution design and delivery.

You will work with AI methods, GenAI and automation tools, supporting strategy workshops, governance, and scalable AI foundations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in strategy, transformation, data & analytics, AI, or related field.
• Fluency in English; German/French business proficiency a plus (Zurich/Genève).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to connect business priorities and tech implications.

• Help clients turn AI, data, and transformation ambition into practical business value.
• Work with AI methods and partner ecosystem to move pilots to enterprise deployment.
• Support AI strategy, governance, and AI-ready ways of working.
• Contribute to design of prototypes, pilots, and workflows with multidisciplinary teams.
