Job summary

Beekeeper in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of Mid Market customers and drive their overall success. You will partner with clients to define goals, build a success plan, and work cross-functionally to maximize adoption and retention.

You will engage with executives and different personas, leveraging playbooks and data to prioritize actions and deliver measurable outcomes. Fluency in German and English is required, with Swiss German a plus.

Qualifications

• Mature communication with diverse stakeholders and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in SaaS or CRM-enabled customer success contexts.
• Ability to build and execute successful customer plans and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand goals, priorities, and outcomes.
• Develop and execute a success plan with KPIs for each customer.
• Manage a portfolio post-implementation focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Be the voice of the customers and advocate for their needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Ops.
