Job summary

Matrix42 is seeking a Customer Success Manager for scaled accounts in Switzerland. You will manage a portfolio of 100–150 named customers, driving renewals, adoption, and growth across a broad portfolio.

You will combine direct engagement with scalable CS programs and engage customers through both one-to-one and one-to-many approaches. You will own renewals, coordinate with Sales, delivery teams, and partners, and work to improve health signals and portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
• Ability to manage many customers with competing priorities and renewal timelines.
• Proven track record of retaining business and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 100–150 named customers with personal engagement and scalable CS programs.
• Own renewals and drive growth through license expansion and adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding handovers with Sales, delivery teams, and partners.
