Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Manager, Customer Success Managers based in Switzerland. You will lead a remote team supporting commercial, enterprise, and strategic customers across EMEA and APAC, coaching 4-6 CSMs and driving renewals, retention, and expansion.

You will partner with Sales, Support, Customer Success Engineering, and Product to remove barriers, improve playbooks, and ensure reliable forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall Customer Success experience, including 1-2 years in direct management of CS Managers or similar.
• Experience in B2B SaaS managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Experience supporting customers across EMEA; ability to operate across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with CS platforms such as Planhat or Gainsight, plus Salesforce and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 Customer Success Managers across EMEA and APAC.
• Support complex renewal negotiations, churn risk mitigation, and account expansion discussions.
• Interview, train, and onboard new CS managers to ensure smooth ramp-up.
• Improve CS processes, playbooks, onboarding, renewal management, and customer materials.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for renewals and account performance; escalate risks early.
