Job summary

Julius Baer in Switzerland seeks a pricing and revenue management professional to own pricing strategy across services and client segments, blending analytics with business judgment to drive revenue and profitability.

You will lead initiatives with Front Regions, Products, Sales, and Finance, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders, and contribute to governance and rollout of pricing initiatives to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or similar in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build robust business cases.
• Excellent communication and board-ready presentation skills.
• Proven project leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and revenue management: shape Julius Baer’s pricing across services and client segments with analytics and sound business judgement.
• Pricing analysis and strategy: perform analyses on pricing performance, market trends, and client behaviour to inform executive decisions.
• Pricing platform and governance: evolve discount management platform designs and tool requirements with stakeholders.
• Cross-organisation partnerships: collaborate with Front, Product, legal, operations, and finance to translate strategy into solutions.
• Governance excellence: develop pricing governance frameworks and ensure adherence to standards.
• Communication and change management: prepare presentations for senior management and coordinate rollout and monitoring.
