Job summary

Julius Baer invites you to join the Group Strategy Team to shape the future of wealth management. You will support the Group CEO and Executive Board, translate ambition into priorities, and drive key strategic projects across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop long-term strategic direction, provide rigorous analyses, and deliver high-quality content for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy or in-house strategy/corporate development, ideally in financial services.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Ability to drive smaller projects independently and collaborate across functions.
• Disciplined organization and topic/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of the Group's long-term strategic direction, aligning strategic programmes across the organisation
• Lead and contribute to high-visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
• Drive strategic intelligence through market, competitor, and internal analyses to inform decision-making and shape the corporate strategy process
• Design and deliver strategic initiatives and projects from concept to implementation
• Support the strategic cycle, including preparing for strategy offsites, full-year, and half-year results presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the Front, Finance, COO, Communications, to drive cross-unit projects and initiatives forward and ensure strong delivery and alignment
• Develop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO, including presentations, reports, and other key materials
