Job summary

Julius Baer in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a senior pricing and revenue management professional to shape pricing across services and client segments and partner with Front Regions, Sales, Product and Finance.

You will lead analyses of pricing performance, market trends, and competitor pricing to inform executive decisions and unlock revenue potential.

Work with senior leadership to evolve the discount management platform and oversee governance, planning, budgeting and impact monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Banking, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in strategy, corporate development or similar within financial services.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and board-ready storytelling.
• Proven project leadership across multiple workstreams.
