Julius Baer in Switzerland seeks a highly motivated Financial Analyst, Performance- & Initiatives Manager to drive finance projects impacting profitability, performance and cost management for the Private Banking business in Western Markets & Switzerland.

You will join a team of Finance experts acting as sparring partners to regional senior management, supporting objectives and spotting trends early in financial performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics with above-average grades
• 4-5 years of experience in comparable finance or related function within banking/financial industry or in management consulting with focus on banking
• Excellent Excel and data handling skills
• Data visualization tools knowledge (Tableau/Power BI) is a great advantage

Responsabilités

• Drive in-depth quantitative analyses to identify Front Office trends and P&L impact
• Act as sparring partner to Front Office with exposure to senior management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for the region
• Develop tools for automatization and timely data use
• Run business case assessments and market strategy reviews
• Enhance Performance Management and reporting landscape for long-term strategy
