Julius Baer is seeking a Financial Analyst, Performance- & Initiative Manager to drive finance projects for the private banking business in Western Markets & Switzerland. You will join a team of finance experts, supporting regional senior management and shaping profitability and cost management initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics with above-average grades.
• 4–5 years of experience in finance within banking or consulting with focus on banking.
• Excellent Excel and data handling skills.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau/Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-depth quantitative analyses to identify Front Office trends and P&L impact.
• Act as sparring partner to Front in Finance topics with senior stakeholders.
• Support regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Develop tools for automatization and timely data usage.
• Run business case assessments and market strategy reviews.
• Enhance performance reporting to track long-term strategy execution.
