Qualifications

• Educational background: University degree (or equivalent) in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related analytical discipline
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience: First professional experience in private banking, financial services, product management, or strategy consulting
• Project management: First project management experience, capable of handling work packages independently
• Communication and analytical skills: Proficient in creating professional presentations and structured analyses; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Technical affinity: Strong interest in technology and digital products
• Language skills: Fluency in German and English
• Eligibility: Eligible to work in Switzerland
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, SQL, Python considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Support pricing tool product roadmap planning, prioritisation, and tracking
• Conduct business and data analyses to inform product decisions
• Gather business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for development
• Prepare presentations and materials for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Pricing, Operations, Finance, and IT
• Coordinate stakeholder feedback and align on priorities
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
