Job summary

The role requires a strong clinical background and executive presence to translate insights into actionable plans.

You will lead pre-planning for conferences, manage advisory boards, and coordinate with Medical Affairs, R&D, and marketing to align strategic priorities with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background with a deep understanding of daily healthcare operations.
• Ability to translate physician insights, market dynamics, and business priorities into actionable plans.
• Experience leading executive-prep, advisory boards, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with Regional CMSO to shape and advance initiatives across MedTech EP.
• Lead conference strategy and leadership engagement for CMSO-related activities.
• Oversee advisory board strategy, objectives, and outputs for leadership-ready insights.
• Coordinate field visits with Physicians Partnerships, MSLs, and field leadership for aligned outcomes.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, R&D, Marketing, and commercial teams.
• Support business development discussions with background materials, objectives, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with MSLs to triage and prep CMSO-related physician engagements.
