Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, IMSC Global Strategic Programs Deployment to lead a global team delivering complex end-to-end programs across our Innovative Medicine and MedTech portfolio. You will drive governance, funding, and execution, reporting to senior leaders and shaping strategic programs that impact the enterprise.

You will partner across functions, manage change, and ensure programs meet outcomes while aligning with the company’s Credo and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience leading a portfolio of Programs/Projects delivering results.
Direct and indirect people management within a global, cross-functional environment.
Experience creating and delivering end-to-end strategy across supply chain.
Strong influence, tradeoffs and executive-level collaboration.
People leadership and development in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

Leading a global team responsible for Global Strategic Program Execution per the GSP framework.
Ensure delivery of complex, often ambiguous end-to-end programs in IMSC.
Set vision and strategic value, align priorities with enterprise objectives and resources.
Oversee portfolio execution, dashboards, reporting and post-implementation ownership.
Serve as escalation point for cross-functional barriers and executive decisions.
Provide oversight of interdependencies, risks, plans and milestones.
Collaborate to develop robust business cases and secure sponsorship and funding.
Ensure resources and headcount are included in business and strategic plans.
Deliver data, metrics, and analytics across execution and integration processes.
