Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Strategic Support professional for the CMSO in MedTech EP to translate physician insights and market dynamics into actionable plans. You will partner with the Regional CMSO to align clinical strategy with business priorities across global EP initiatives and conferences.

The role requires strong clinical background, executive presence, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, advisory boards, and field engagements to advance strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Advising: shape and advance CMSO initiatives across the global EP organization; translate priorities into action plans with timelines and responsibilities.
• Conference Strategy and Leadership Engagement: lead pre-planning for leadership meetings and coordinate conference activities with internal stakeholders.
• Advisory Board Strategy and Insight Translation: manage advisory boards and synthesize outputs into actionable insights for leadership.
• Field Visit and Physician Engagement Strategy: plan field engagements with physicians and ensure follow-through with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment and Internal Follow-Through: connect Medical Affairs, R&D, Marketing, and other functions to ensure timely execution.
• Business Development and Strategic Opportunity Support: prepare materials for BD discussions and assess strategic opportunities.
• MSL Alignment and Scientific Engagement Support: partner with MSLs to align physician engagement with CMSO strategy.
