Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, via DePuy Synthes, seeks a Senior Manager – EMEA Supply Chain Technology (Logistics) to own the regional Deliver technology roadmap and ensure scalable, secure logistics platforms. You will partner with regional and global teams to translate strategy into investments and measurable improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive transformation programs, and balance continuity with change while maintaining compliance, cyber security and operational resilience across the EMEA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain technology experience.
• Proven people leadership across multiple countries.
• Strong executive stakeholder management.
• Experience owning and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA Deliver technology roadmap, aligned to business priorities and global direction.
• Translate business capabilities into a funded portfolio with clear dependencies and outcomes.
• Provide governance for logistics platforms, data, integration and automation.
• Lead regional/global collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and external partners.
