Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, quality, technology, data, engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical devices or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state activities; identify inefficiencies; coordinate approved improvements; monitor adoption and effectiveness.
• Coordinate CRM-owned tools and services; maintain guidance; route questions; support release readiness and communications.
• Plan and facilitate super-user forums; gather feedback; coordinate demos and learning materials for user communities.
• Serve as CRM contact for vendors and service providers; coordinate deliverables, meetings, access, documentation and forecasts.
• Coordinate collection, organization and quality review of system and governance evidence; maintain readiness materials.
• administer governance calendars, escalation logs, decision records and taxonomy support for CRM portals.
• Compile operational measures and trends for leadership review.
