Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Senior Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Technology - Logistics. You will own the Deliver technology roadmap, align regional priorities with global standards, and partner with regional teams to translate strategy into an integrated portfolio of logistics technology investments.

You will drive value through secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. The role requires deep leadership across regional and global stakeholders, substantial experience in logistics

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain technology.
• Proven leadership of teams across multiple countries.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience owning and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.

• Own technology roadmap for DePuy Synthes EMEA Deliver.
• Translate capabilities into a prioritised, funded portfolio.
• Ensure reliability, security and lifecycle governance of logistics tech.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional and global teams.
