You will lead a client team, mentor directors and managers, and oversee complex projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-value outcomes. A strong financial acumen and strategic mindset are essential to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.

• Commercial Growth & Business Development: identify, pursue, and close organic growth within existing accounts; lead high-impact new business pitches; monitor market trends to propose growth solutions; connect client challenges with Incubeta's solutions.
• Client Relationship & Partnership Management: act as primary contact for senior stakeholders; build long-term relationships; lead performance reviews to ensure satisfaction.
• Team Leadership and Development: oversee client team; mentor and coach account directors/managers; foster collaboration for timely project delivery.
• Operational & Project Oversight: ensure delivery on time/budget; coordinate with delivery teams; manage high-level client escalations.
