• Experience in strategic and/or digital transformation consultancy with IT exposure.
• Fluency in French and English.

• Analyze strategic challenges and client needs.

• Monitor project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage in recruitment, mentoring, and career development of team members.

• Oversee portfolio P&L and profitability.
