Zusammenfassung

Swibeco SA in Zurich is seeking a Client Success Associate to strengthen relationships with our clients and promote Swibeco’s solutions. You will report to the Head of Client Success and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional support and guidance.

Your tasks include onboarding new clients, supporting and engaging clients, driving sales and relationships with HR managers and directors at Swiss companies, and working cross-functionally to translate client needs

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.
• Fluent in both English and German (Swiss German is a plus) and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages (French and/or Italian) appreciated.
• Strong business acumen and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a keen understanding of client needs.
• Dynamic, proactive, with strong organizational and time management skills, able to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
• Can-do attitude, quick learner, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Aufgaben

• Client Onboarding: Initiate contact and support new clients through a smooth transition, working closely with the Business Development team.
• Client Support & Engagement: Help clients understand the full range of Swibeco’s offerings, providing relevant guidance, training, and ongoing support.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with HR Managers and Directors in leading Swiss companies, selling and implementing solutions that enhance employee benefits programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Client Feedback & Improvement: Collect and act on client feedback, continuously improving our services to ensure a loyal and engaged client base.
