Job summary

You will drive platform adoption, lead agent deployment, and deliver measurable ROI while acting as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap. You will also conduct business reviews, training sessions, and optimization workshops to maximize retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Customer Success experience in AI, SaaS, or complex enterprise software.
• Strong technical understanding of agentic AI and workflow automation.
• Excellent relationship management and consultative skills.
