LatticeFlow AI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in our Zurich office to own outcomes from pre-sale through renewal. You will define success criteria with prospects, guide technical deployments with the FDE, and manage onboarding, adoption, and expansion for B2B AI products.

Ideal candidates bring API/AI workflow experience, strong communication, and familiarity with AI governance frameworks, thriving in a fast-paced, office-based environment in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Solid technical foundation with APIs, AI/ML workflows, and enterprise environments.
• Pre-sales engagements: demos, POVs, and technical evaluations.
• Experience in post-sales delivery, onboarding, implementation in a B2B SaaS/AI product.
• Commercial mindset: renewal cycles, expansion signals, driving retention and growth.
• Strong communication: bridge between engineers and executives (CROs).
• Familiarity with AI governance/compliance (EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001) is a plus.

• Lead pre-sales engagements from a success perspective and define clear success criteria with the prospect.
• Collaborate with the FDE to ensure deployments meet defined success criteria.
• Own the full post-signature customer journey: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal.
