ABB is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Baden, Switzerland, to manage on-site service activities and act as the primary customer contact during service executions. You will coordinate resources, ensure documentation is complete, and uphold ABB and customer requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of service planning, dispatching, and Salesforce Field Service, plus fluency in German and English. This role reports to the Service Operations Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with on-site service coordination and dispatch.

• Understanding of legal/regulatory requirements for service delivery.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

• Plan and coordinate on-site service activities in compliance with regulations and contracts.
• Monitor completion of service visits and ensure timely documentation and records.
• Review and verify service reports for quality assurance and identify deviations.
• Plan and allocate resources, including Field Service Engineers, to maximize performance and compliance.
