Job summary

ABB is seeking an on-site service coordinator to lead field activities in Switzerland. You will act as the main customer contact during service assignments and ensure compliant execution aligned with ABB standards and contractual requirements.

You will plan and allocate resources, monitor visits, and verify service reports for QA. Fluency in German and English is essential to communicate with customers and teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating on-site service activities in regulated environments.
• Strong planning and documentation control capabilities.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems and maintenance.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site service activities and act as the primary customer contact.
• Plan resources, including field service engineers, and monitor visits.
• Review service reports for quality assurance and identify deviations.
• Ensure documentation and project records are completed in a timely manner.
