Job summary

ABB is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to on-site coordinate service activities and serve as the primary contact for customers during service execution, ensuring alignment with ABB and customer requirements.

You will plan on-site service visits, allocate Field Service Engineers, monitor documentation, verify service reports for quality, and ensure contractual compliance. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Field Service knowledge with dispatch experience.
• Experience in service planning, project management and document control.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with high reliability.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to service delivery.
• Passion for customer service excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

This position reports to:

Service Operations Manager

In this role, you will coordinate on-site service activities and ensure they are carried out in accordance with ABB and customer requirements. On a daily basis, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the execution of service assignments. You will contribute your expertise by providing responsive service coordination and exceeding customer expectations.

Your will be responsible for

• Planning and coordinate on-site service activities in compliance with legal regulations and contractual requirements.
• Monitoring the completion of service visits and ensure that all documentation and project records are completed in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and verify service reports for quality assurance purposes and identify any deviations.
• Planning and allocate resources, including Field Service Engineers, to maximize customer service performance and contractual compliance.

Qualifications For The Role

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) with hands-on experience in service coordination and dispatching.
• Proven experience in service planning, project management, and document control.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to service delivery and project execution.
• Passion for customer service excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
