You will manage a portfolio of projects focused on service, productivity, cost, quality, and capacity, while embedding a data-driven improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong expertise in CI, Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence.
• Experience with OT/Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and change-management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the site-wide CI roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of improvement projects for service, productivity, cost, quality, and capacity.
• Drive measurable impact with robust value tracking (savings, productivity, P&L).
• Lead end-to-end performance improvement across the manufacturing value chain.
• Develop CI culture through coaching, capability building, and change management.
• Implement governance, performance management systems, and CI standards.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC, A3, root cause) and transformative projects.
• Drive OT adoption, digital transformation, and predictive maintenance.
• Improve efficiency via automation, digitalization, and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Ops, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Digital teams.
