Job summary

Datwyler is seeking a Head of Continuous Improvement to shape and drive its global CI strategy. In this visible leadership role, you’ll sharpen governance, standardize methods, and enable measurable performance improvements across sites.

You will collaborate with business leaders worldwide, build capabilities through training, and lead cross‑functional programs to deliver durable value. The position offers hybrid work, international travel, and opportunities to influence manufacturing excellence

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior CI, OE, or manufacturing leadership within multinational, complex industries.
• Proven track record deploying large-scale CI across multi-site and international settings.
• Strong experience delivering measurable impact in productivity, quality, cost, and process performance.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement programs and CI maturity assessments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Datwyler's global Continuous Improvement strategy in alignment with objectives.
• Develop, standardize, and enhance CI methodologies, frameworks, and tools across the organization.
• Lead the evolution of CI into a governed, enterprise-wide system with clear accountability.
• Partner with senior leaders to support transformation initiatives and ensure value realization.
• Build and sustain global CI governance, roles, and operating mechanisms.
• Monitor KPIs, maturity, and governance reviews to secure sustainable outcomes.
• Develop CI capabilities through training, coaching, and certification programs.
