CSL Behring in Bern, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Scientist Digital Quality Control to drive the digital transformation of QC laboratories. You will implement and improve the global LES, shaping standardized QC processes across sites, working with Global QC, Engineering and IT in a dynamic, international setting.

The role emphasizes design of digital workflows, validation, data integrity, and collaboration across manufacturing networks to enable reliable, compliant laboratory operations.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology or related field.
• 3–5 years in pharmaceutical QC or R&D GMP environment, with 2+ years in automation.
• Experience with LES/LIMS or BIOVIA ONE Lab is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP data integrity and computerized system validation desirable.
• Excellent English and good German for cross‑border collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Design, configure and maintain digital QC workflows in LES per SOPs and ISA‑88.
• Create and document test cases to verify digital workflows in QC labs.
• Manage lifecycle of digital workflows, data, and system administration.
• Collaborate with QC labs, Global Eng and IT to standardize digital processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for reliable operations.
• Develop URS, support instrument interfaces and maintain GMP doc flow.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and automation of QC digital capabilities.
