Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Site Robotics Expert to lead the robotics transformation at the Muttenz site. You will drive development, implementation, and lifecycle management of robotics across manufacturing, labs, warehousing, and material handling.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, IT/OT, and partners to build a sustainable robotics ecosystem while ensuring GMP compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (robotics, automation, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics).
• 5+ years hands-on robotics experience with industrial deployments.
• Proven ability to lead robotics/automation projects from concept to shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Set and refresh site robotics technology strategy.
• Harmonise requirements across platforms and global ways of working.
• Own URSs and the robotics roadmap for shared Work Centers.
• Translate scouting into standardized deployment packages.
• Maintain Robotics Catalogue for shared Work Centers.
